Publications

 

The 3rd ICCVD 2021 produces a number of publications related to the conference presentations.

  • First, it publishes an abstract and proceeding book for the conference, with an ISSN number. It is free of charge.
  • Second, the presented papers are considered for publication in an international indexed proceeding (Atlantis Press). The publication decision depends on the outcome of the standard blind-peer review process, in the context of which the manuscripts are evaluated in terms of standard academic criteria of scholarly research. Additional cost will be applied for publication in Atlantis proceeding. Proceedings will be submitted for indexation by Web of Science.
  • Third, selected papers also will be considered to get published to “Jurnal Kedokteran dan Kesehatan Indonesia” – ISSN, It is a SINTA-2 accredited journal, indexed in Copernicus, Google Scholar

    Jurnal Kedokteran dan Kesehatan Indonesia is indexed in Google Scholar, CrossRef-Digital Object Identifiers (DOI), Sinta Kemenristekdikti (SINTA 2), Garuda, Base Search, DOAJ, Scilit, Citefactor, One Search, Dimensions, Index Copernicus and Neliti.

Refund Policy

Registration Refund / Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation policy for the conference – a refund of previously made full payment of conference registration fee will be made as follows:
    • Notification in writing by September 20, 2021 full refund (less 12.5% administration fee and banking service charge)
    • Notification in writing by October 9, 2021 50% refund (less 12.5% administration fee and banking service charge)
    • No refund will be processed after October 9 , 2021.
  2. The refund for  proceeding fee caused by the rejection by publisher is 75 %  (less 12.5 % administration fee and banking service charge).

GUIDELINES FOR LATE BREAKING ABSTRACT SUBMISSION THE 3rd ICCVD 2021

To facilitate the submission process and the subsequent follow-up process, please consider the following guidelines, information, terms, and deadlines mentioned.

General instruction

  1. Abstract should represent the original work (original research, review, case report) and relevant but not limited to the field of cardiovascular disease as broadly defined. Scopes and topics could be checked at https://ic-cvd.uii.ac.id/scope
  2. Late-breaking abstracts must not have been published at any other scientific meeting or journal at the time of submission
  3. Abstract received after the given deadline, due to any reason will not be
  4. Abstract should be submitted in the format of MS word (.docx)

Abstract format

  1. Abstract title : must not exceed 20 words. Abbreviations should not be used in the
  2. Abstract text: It should be one paragraph with a word limit of 300 words (excluding the Title, Authors, and Affiliations).
  3. Author names and affiliations: Up to 15 authors and affiliations may be included on each All authors must have consented to the abstract submission.
  4. Keywords: list not more than four words describing your research. It should be written in lowercase letters and should be separated in
  5. Please do not include subheadings, bullets, lists and header/ footer in the abstract.
  6. Graphics and tables cannot be submitted as part of your abstract.

Steps to follow for your late-breaking abstract submission

  1. Submit your abstract to this link https://conference.fkuii.id/login
  2. Please submit your abstract before 20 September 2021, 11.59 pm WIB (GMT+7).
  3. Abstract authors will be informed about the results of the review by 25 September 2021.
  4. Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference program only if the presenting author has registered for the All presenting authors must have paid the conference fee by 1 October 2021.
  5. Most accepted abstracts will be poster presentations
